There is a maximum of 24 board members Present terms are three years with an extension of another three. New members are elected at the Annual Meeting.
Officers are the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. The Executive Committee consists of the officers plus the chairs of Academic & Student Affairs.
